I spend most of my time in Los Angeles. I am not an actor. I believe I was born with media as part of my existence. I grew up - literally - in the news room of one of Greece's largest newspapers. My father was a journalist. I would visit his office everyday until I turned twelve years old. I have a degree in Cinema, and always had a strong interest in movies. In 2009, I graduated with a B.A. degree in Communications from California State University, Northridge. I like exploring the field of communications and its overall potential; without focusing on one single form of media. While still attending high school; I published the first national newspaper for Greek youth. The newspaper's circulation reached 125, 000 copies per month in high schools all over Greece. Due to this success, I was invited to the European parliament to interview the president of the European Union, at that time, Pat Cox. In addition, I interviewed the president of the European Commission and former Italian Prime Minister, Romano Prodi. I was accepted by a Greek University after high school, but took a different route. I took a job offer as a full-time reporter for one of the most popular Greek investigative TV shows, "Hidden World". People thought I was lucky to work on this show, but I wanted to travel. I resigned after eight months, took a plane, and landed at JFK to study... and discover America. While in NY, I worked for the New York City public radio (WNYE 91.5 FM) co-hosting the Greek-American Show Aktina. Then, I traveled to Los Angeles to cover the Golden Globe Awards and ... since then I call Los Angeles "home." In my 24 years of living, I have interviewed countless politicians, actors, musicians-both very boring and very interesting people. Until 2008, I was a contributing writer for the largest circulating Greek newspaper, Proto Thema. My most recent exclusive interviews have been with: Tom Hanks, Micjy Rourke, Sophia Loren, Steven Spielberg, Michael Bloomberg (NYC Mayor), Phil Angelides (democratic candidate for California), Jim Gianopulos (CEO 20th century Fox), John Calamos among others. I also had the opportubity to cover the 2008 US election. The last three years I have built and operated several online projects. The most popular is GreekReporter.com, the largest International Greek news portal and agency. In the summers - which I usually spend in Greece - I work for Agiocampos Bay. While not in Greece, I am probably in the US doing "everything" for Greek Reporter.
